If Coown Technologies GmbH provides the investment service of accepting and submitting orders, provided that these activities involve one or more financial instruments, it acts as a contractually bound agent in accordance with Section 36 WAG 2018 exclusively on behalf of and for the account of Sunrise Securities GmbH. Sunrise Securities GmbH is liable for all acts and omissions of Coown Technologies GmbH within the meaning of Section 1313a General Civil Code (ABGB) in connection with this provision of services.
As a contractually bound agent, Coown Technologies GmbH is registered in the public register of the Austrian Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA). An intermediary request can be made on the FMA website at www.fma.gv.at.
